New alternative accommodation brand Reside Worldwide has
appointed Jon Wohlfert co-CEO. Wohlfert, a more than 30-year veteran of the
long-term lodging industry, joins Seattle-based Reside from WaterWalk Hotel
Apartments, where he had served as president since 2014. Reside is a subsidiary
of private equity firm WestBridge Capital.
WestBridge in December acquired an indirect controlling
interest in global housing solutions provider Adoba, which is based in the
Seattle area. WestBridge president Michael Meekins said the acquisition of Adoba
is in keeping with WestBridge's mission to "acquire and roll up the best
performing companies in and outside of our industry."
Former Adoba CEO Lee Curtis serves as co-CEO of
Reside with Wohlfert.
